How to Reset a Password

If you do not remember your account name or password, you can enter your domain in our password reset form. This will send an e-mail to the Registrant e-mail address. The e-mail will list the account name and include a single-use link to set a new password.

To keep your account secure, we can only send the password reset e-mail to the Registrant e-mail address.

After you set a new password, you can follow these steps to change the password:

  1. Log into the Domain Name Management System
  2. Select Preferences from the drop-down navigation menu
  3. Enter the current password and new password, and click Update Password

If the Registrant E-mail Address Does Not Work

If you don’t remember your password and the Registrant e-mail address will not work, we will need to verify your identify before we can send the login information to another e-mail address.

Depending on the circumstances, we may require documentation and/or phone verification in order to change the Registrant e-mail address. Please contact us for more information.
